Had an excellent stay for a short Christmas holiday and would stay here again. The hotel was not far from the Erie Canal and a hill overlooking rolling hills and a pond and fountain thanks to its stunning location. It also was in the office park down the road. The breakfast was solid, the pool area was nice.

When I am in Victor, I like staying here. I have just returned from a very nice stay in this family-friendly hotel, well-appointed and nicely decorated rooms. Its staff are very helpful and top-class, I loved it. The location is perfect, 2 miles from Riedman Fish Hatchery. The lobby restaurant is good.

During my recent stay at Woodcliff Hotel And Spa, I had a truly exceptional experience. The meeting room staff were attentive and ensured that everything ran smoothly without causing any disruptions. The bell staff were helpful and courteous, and the food served was absolutely delicious. I was impressed by the attention to detail and the high level of service provided during my business meeting. I highly recommend this hotel for a great business meeting experience.

The room and hotel is always nice and clean. Beautiful location. Very peaceful area.
We had reserved and confirmed (twice) for two queen beds, 4 people. We received a king bed and pull out single couch which did not work for our situation. They did accommodate with a free cot but the room then became an obstacle course. They did not have enough sheets on hand for the cots and pull out couches. This switch from two queen beds to one king bed also happened with the other six families who reserved at the same time (soccer tournament). They were full of apologies claiming they were overbooked which is no excuse when the reservations were made more than three months in advance. Considering we paid the full price ($159 on- line, some $169/night) compared to last year's tournament rate of $129 for two queen beds per room (with no problems), I feel we were taken advantage of.

Fantastic location when traveling to Victor. Walking distance to a mall and a big shopping mall across the street. Reasonably large room with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and an individual safe, and very comfy bed. The breakfast was outstanding and the staff was amazingly nice.

I had a wonderful stay at a beautiful hotel with breathtaking views. The bed in my room was incredibly comfortable, and the wait staff was friendly and engaging. The highlight of my stay was the amazing Friday night band that performed. The music was fantastic! And to top it off, the coffee served was excellent. Despite a minor issue with the key, and some confusion about the hotel's location, I am definitely considering returning to this excellent hotel in the future. I highly recommend this hotel for a great experience.
